Thinking About Buying An Inversion Table

I have been suffering from really severe back pain recently, so have decided I need to do something about it. I have been researching solutions online and found that many people reccommend buying an inversion table. The idea behind them is that they utilise gravity to basically relieve pressure on your spine, so hopefully this should result in less pain. I am willing to give it a try as at the moment the pain is becoming unbearable. I was reading through different reviews and will probably settle on either the teeter hang ups, or bodymax inversion table. They are both around two hundred dollars so quite expensive, but if they do what they are supposed to do, it will be more than worth the money.

I was looking at instructions about how to use the inversion table, and it looks a little dangerous, so I figured it is important to spend a bit more money and buy one that is sturdy and high quality, I don’t think it will help your spine out much if you end up falling on top of your head! There were so many to choose from, so in the end I will probably just pick whatever inversion table has the best reviews. There seems to be a mixed opinion about whether they actually work or not, some people swear by them, and others say that they didn’t notice any positive effects from using them.

You are supposed to use the inversion table for up to 20 minutes every day, and you are meant to feel the benefits within two weeks. If this actually happens for me, it will be amazing! Well worth the money. It is getting to the point now where I can’t sit at my desk for more than a couple of hours without experiencing agony.

Do you suffer from lower back pain? Have you had any experience using inversion tables? Let me know if you have, would love to hear your thoughts on them and if you feel they are worth the money. I only live in a small apartment so was a bit concerned that maybe I would not have enough space, some of the inversion tables looked really bulky, and I am not sure where I would store them. Hopefully most of the models fold for easy storage.
